Gasoline RVP at 100 deg F is 9.0psia (for summer) and at 60Deg F is 11.5psia (for winter. How these RVP values will be converted to TVP. Of course, winter conditions do have more rolling resistance from tires and thicker grease and lubes. Also, the engine takes longer to warm up, and runs a richer fuel mixture. Air resistance at higher speeds is a factor. But I still believe there is a difference, with winter gas being inferior.
