WebUpdate drivers, re-install the app, and pray that works. I checked, everything's fully updated. OK but sometimes, every once in a while, uninstalling the app and then re-installing it fixes something. The only other suggestion is get a new headset. Ah I will try uninstalling and reinstalling, hopefully that works.
